When Wagamama opened a new restaurant in Coventry, they needed it fitting out to the same high standard as their other restaurants.
As this was a new build, the full restaurant needed fitting. Our skilled team did all prep work before fitting ceramic tiles to the restaurant floor and kitchen floor. Timber accents were fitted in the restaurant area, giving a clean and sophisticated look.
Vinyl cap and cove was used in the skirting areas of the kitchen and back of house, including store rooms and freezer rooms. We then fitted wall tiles leading to the restrooms.
Finally, anti-slip entrance matting was installed at the customer entrance.
Wagamama had already selected the materials to be used, and we installed these on a fit-only basis. At the main contractor’s request, we supplied the grout, adhesive, timber glue, vinyl sheet, Altro vinyl safety sheet for the kitchen area, entrance mats and trims.
Throughout the project we worked closely with the main contractor, using the architect’s drawings to exactly match the materials and spec required.
Wagamama were working to a tight deadline, and our team completed the full job in 2 weeks, well within that deadline. This meant minimal downtime for the client, enabling them to open the restaurant on time as planned.
